Important Mobile Collection Policies
- One Fee Per Location: Travel fees are charged per mobile visit, not per person tested. If multiple family members or employees are being tested at the same location, you only pay the travel fee once.
- Split-Location Testing: For legal cases where parties live in different cities, we can coordinate separate collections at their respective locations (separate travel fees apply to each location).
- Cancellation Policy: Mobile travel fees must be paid upfront at the time of booking. Travel fees are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the window.
