Mobile collection & travel fees
Cannot make it to our Saginaw headquarters? We bring our credentialed collection services directly to your home, office, attorney's office, or facility across Michigan. Travel distance is always calculated using the total roundtrip driving distance, not one-way mileage. The first 50 roundtrip driving miles are included at no additional charge — this equals approximately 25 miles each way from the collector's starting location.
If your appointment is located 25 driving miles from our office, the total roundtrip distance is 50 miles. Because this falls within our complimentary travel area, there is no travel fee.
Beyond the included miles, additional roundtrip mileage is $1 per mile and is always shown as its own line on your quote and receipt. There is no separate travel-time fee. Island territories, the Western Upper Peninsula, ferry-dependent locations, and any address requiring air, boat, or overnight logistics require a custom quote. Final pricing is confirmed during ordering.

Important mobile collection policies
- Roundtrip Driving Distance: All travel is measured as total roundtrip driving distance from our Saginaw office. The first 50 roundtrip miles are included (approximately 25 miles each way); additional roundtrip mileage is $1 per mile and is shown as its own line on every quote and receipt.
- One Fee Per Location: Travel fees are charged per mobile visit, not per person tested. If multiple family members or employees are being tested at the same location, you only pay the travel fee once.
- Split-Location Testing: For legal cases where parties live in different cities, we can coordinate separate collections at their respective locations (separate travel fees apply to each location).
- Cancellation Policy: Mobile travel fees must be paid upfront at the time of booking. Travel fees are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the window, and collection and travel fees are non-refundable once a collector has been dispatched.
